MODERNISM is a way of life, relaxed, informal, and elegant without
being stuffy. The Haverkate Group likes to show clients the clean lines and
open spaces that blend the interior of the home with the Desert outdoors. This
is classic modernism. They love iconic houses from Albert F. Frey and Richard
Neutra but also like new contemporary designs by noted architects working
today. The Haverkate Group understands that finding the right property is a
personal and complex process of emotions, time, energy and finances, but they
believe that good architecture is worthwhile and will enhance your life.
Here in the desert, we've
been fortunate to have nationally recognized mid-century architects, such as
Albert Frey, William F. Cody, Richard Neutra & Donald Wexler. Their real estate designs
have withstood the test of time and are being recreated today. In fact, this
type of home is hot in todays Real Estate market. Architectural pilgrims come
to Palm Springs to see houses like Richard Neutra's Kaufmann House or Albert Frey's Loewy

strong computer and internet skills present this in a clear and unique way.
Armed with this information his clients are provided with and understand their
range of pricing options.
Wayne worked as an
engineer for more than thirty years. He was an engineering supervisor for the
installation of electronic aeronautical systems and then managed a staff of
about three hundred for their maintenance and operation. He instructed
technical and operational staff in capital project management. Wayne was Head
